Brand positioning design for Goodwill Missouri Kansas Division including a new focused brand narrative, mission statement, tag line, visual language and design system housed in a company-wide brand book.
I got connected to Goodwill through a colleague who worked in their marketing department and when asked to consult with them on their messaging and website, I began to learn about the extensive nature of their services. I helped Stuart Hoffman and the team to arrive at a clearer sense of brand language for a new website by way of deciding key brand elements like competitive advantage, a case statement, and brand values. Under my recommendation we placed these statements in a ‘brand book’ so that the whole team could be unified around the one message.
